Il Domaine Dubreuil-Fontaine, fondato nel 1879 a Pernand-Vergelesses nella Côte de Beaune, è un’azienda familiare di 20 ettari, oggi guidata da Christine Gruère-Dubreuil e sua figlia Clémentine. Coltiva Chardonnay e Pinot Noir su prestigiose appellazioni come Pernand-Vergelesses, Aloxe-Corton, Volnay, Pommard, Beaune, Savigny-lès-Beaune e Corton-Charlemagne, includendo 22 cuvée, dai Bourgogne ai Grand Cru come Corton Clos du Roi. Con un approccio di “lutte raisonnée”, privilegia pratiche sostenibili, vendemmie manuali e vinificazioni non interventiste in rovere, preservando l’autenticità del terroir. I vini bianchi, come il Corton-Charlemagne, offrono freschezza, mineralità e note di agrumi e brioche; i rossi, come il Pommard 1er Cru Les Epenots, esprimono frutti rossi, spezie e tannini eleganti. La cuvée Clos Berthet (monopole) e la marca Virginie Pillet sono apprezzate per equilibrio e raffinatezza. Con una produzione di circa 100.000 bottiglie, il domaine unisce tradizione e modernità, con una cuverie rinnovata e una cantina su tre livelli. Riconosciuto da Guide Hachette e presente in ristoranti stellati, Dubreuil-Fontaine incarna l’eccellenza bourguignonne.
